TIPS: Print a copy of your coupons, you never know when you are out, you might see that same product cheaper somewhere else, now you will have another coupon for this sale.
Scout through your local advertisements on where the best deals are and map out your plan. Remember to stick to your list, one non sale item will toss off your total savings.
Always shop Walgreens, CVS after 10pm at night, this way you can make several transactions, one after the other with out having to wait again in line. Remember, scout those CVS & Walgreen ads, know which offers the most reward bucks back for which item you have a coupon for. Start with the item first that offers the most reward bucks back, this will be your first transaction, use those reward bucks you get back for your next highest transaction, use those reward bucks back for your third transaction, keep going until you have used all the reward bucks back, along with your coupons and in-store coupons.
Remember:
There is a way to turn in your coupons at Walgreens &; CVS, here is the how to: page 18, page 20
Double stack coupons, what does this mean? Lets say Walgreens has something on sale, you have a coupon for this item, but you decide to buy 2 of the same items, you can use your in-store coupon first, then turn in your manufactures coupon second, do this same process again for the second item. You are buying 2 items, so you are allowed to use 2 coupons. Plus then any register reward bucks you have.
Items that are 2 for $5.00; you can use 2 coupons, one for the first item, and another coupon for the second item you buy.
Items that are listed as B1G1 Free, ( buy one get one free) Use the in-store coupon first, then turn in your manufactures coupons after this, then any reward bucks you have from prior purchases. If your total is below 0 on the register, you might have to toss a 5 cent piece of candy up because the store does not give you cash back, and you can't drop below 0 on any register for Walgreens or CVS.
Remember as well, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General and the smaller retail stores, DO NOT double coupons. So if you have a "food" coupon, it's best to wait until you are either at Kroger, Target or Marsh Grocery store, as they will double your coupons up to .50 cents.
Buy one receive 50% off the second item of the same or equal value. You can use a coupon for both items. Plus any in-store coupons, plus any register rewards you have coming. But the items must follow in this order. The item that is not half off, use any in-store coupons first, then your manufacture coupons, then your 50% off item, in-store coupon, (watch the bottom of the coupon to make sure it is not marked; one per household) then your manufactures coupons then any register reward bucks (usually from Walgreens or CVS provide these on only certain items)
I hope this list will help you get started, this is what I followed and so I know it will help you to learning how to save the most while you shop.
When you are done, come back and let me know how much you saved. I want to hear where you found all your great deals.

I need to use more coupons! Some coupons I can't load the coupon printer but I don't get the paper either. Sounds like you're on your way to Extreme Couponing! hehe
Don't forget, you can always call your local newspaper and ask that they drop off the extra inserts to your driveway.
Most of them end up in the landfills, so at least you could get coupons for next to nothing, as I do believe the newspaper would drop off the extra inserts to your house for FREE.
Call and just ask, could never hurt.
